The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice requires companies to document and publicly disclose certain transfers of value (ToVs) made directly or indirectly to healthcare professionals (HCPs), other relevant decision makers (ORDMs) and healthcare organisations (HCOs) located in Europe, as well as to research & development (R&D) projects and patient organisations.
