Committed to responsible impact

Caring responsibly for patients and society

Our approach to corporate responsibility is rooted in our commitment to the movement disorder and neurology communities we serve. We are empowered to make decisions based on the real needs of patients, their families and the healthcare professionals who care for them — guided by compassion, accountability and scientific integrity.

Across Merz Therapeutics, we strive to ensure that every decision we make reflects our long-term commitment to care, compliance and sustainable progress.

Our sustainability focus areas

We accelerate sustainable impact by expanding our reach and operations to drive long-term, responsible growth — delivering better outcomes for more patients, while reducing our environmental footprint and creating lasting social value.

Working together for the good of patients is at the heart of our strategy. It reflects our purpose and drives everything we do — from innovation and sustainability to people development and ethical leadership. Every step we take is aimed at improving lives and delivering better health outcomes.

We continuously evaluate and raise employee awareness of our environmental footprint, recognizing that patient wellbeing is closely tied to a healthy planet. That’s why we’re committed to minimizing our environmental impact, focusing on what matters most: reducing climate-related emissions, cutting waste and improving recycling and packaging practices.

Our goal is to build a sustainable work-life balance and a vibrant, inclusive workplace where people feel free to be themselves so they can thrive and do their best work.

We take a long-term, impact-driven approach to advancing care — guided by scientific rigor, ethical principles and accountability at every level of the organization. Through sustainable clinical research, responsible innovation and robust governance frameworks, we aim to uphold integrity with stakeholders, support patients beyond treatment and deliver lasting value for society.
