U.S. Expanded Access policy

Merz Therapeutics recognizes that patients may seek access to investigational uses of therapies before they are approved by regulatory authorities.

At this time, Merz Therapeutics does not offer an Expanded Access (also known as “compassionate use”) program in the United States.

As part of our development approach, Merz Therapeutics is focused on conducting clinical trials to evaluate the safety and efficacy of investigational uses of its products and to support regulatory approvals. Participation in a clinical trial is currently the only way for patients to access investigational uses of our therapies in the United States. A list of active clinical trials can be found by visiting www.clinicaltrials.gov.

Patients with questions should speak with their physician, who may contact Merz Therapeutics Medical Affairs at medinfo-txus@merz.com.

Merz Therapeutics may update this Expanded Access policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
