Requirements for returns with expired shelf life dates
- Only goods purchased from Merz Therapeutics will be returned. Goods must always be returned to the place where they were purchased. This is also where the decision on any compensation lies.
- Returns should be advised by the customer.
- Each return shipment must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Each return is checked individually.
- If a settlement is made, the basis for a credit note is the amount actually paid. Any postage costs incurred will not be refunded. However, we reserve the right to subsequently charge the difference in the case of certain returns if purchase quantities change and any discounts made available thus become invalid.

- Condition of the goods: The goods must be in a marketable condition in accordance with the country-specific regulations. This means that the goods must be in their original packaging, not damaged, labelled, soiled or opened. Furthermore, the storage conditions must have been complied with in accordance with the packaging instructions.
